Gradually, this became an obsession and to cut a long story short, we bought some land and started our own orchard.

I’m going to start drinking apple cider vinegar for my bad acid reflux, and I’ve read the most common way of drinking it is with plain water. Are there any other alternatives? Can I drink it with juice, soda, etc?

    You can mix it with just about anything that tastes good to you. Juices are a good choice, I recommend tomato or vegetable juice.

    NO! Only take it with water. That’s how I take it. If you take it in juice it chemically alters the acid therefore it will be useless.

    Sometimes I put a bit of baking soda but really it’s best pure in water. Just dilute it more if you must. I just down it fast and then I take extra water for my teeth enamel, to remove the acid.

    Some people put raw honey in theirs but again, it won’t help with your a. r.

    honey and apple cider vinegar?
    but wouldn’t just eating a bit of bread to help with the acid until your body gets used to it?

    I like drinking it with orange, and grape juice alot

    Acid reflux is aggravated by excess acid in your stomach. Since ACV is acidic it can only make the problem worse if it has any effect at all.
