Welcome to Apple Trees, this site is fanatical about anything to do with apples and apple trees. Our fanaticism started when we planted our dwarf apple tree in our small back garden. Gradually, this became an obsession and to cut a long story short, we bought some land and started our own orchard.

To say our apple trees are our passion would be an understatement. We will be gradually adding lots of photos and apple trees articles, including growing apple tree guides, guide on dwarf apples trees, apple recipes, apple tree growing and much more!

   I would go with Granny Smith apples. It is the # 1 apple for baking. Keeps its shape well and has great taste.

   I weet not certain what they are called. red, that has generally its teachers, a very beautiful form.

   I always use Granny Smith, but a woman told me that the best desserts have been made of all genres. Some that counts that they are firmly and has been preserved their form and a smattering ' hard.

   I use Granny Smith apple as spicy and in a sweet manner as a type Delicious applied. It depends of it what there in the shop. I hou not of if them too starchy. Frequently shops give a small description of the apple. Read it and try what sounds well for you. YOU can questions also someone in the production department and krijg a recommendation. I love mix several types apples to get more dimension in taste. Also none uses of sugar so much such as the apple pie the advertisement for the sweetness.

   I use Golden Delicious or Jonathan apples around the holidays, when used for baking. Both of these apples are sweet and tart and also hold their shape in baked goods.

    I use a combination of granny smith and macintosh. The Granny holds its form and give a robust taste the Mac breaks down and thickens the juices and adds a little more sweetness. Also I precook the apples then place them in the pie shell – this method allows for a higher pie and the apples wont collapse leaving a hollow dome between the top crust and filling.

    i use granny smith, golden delicious, and gala apples . it will give your pie and sweet and tart taste. and tastes more like homemade to me than just using the sweeter apples
