Welcome to Apple Trees, this site is fanatical about anything to do with apples and apple trees. Our fanaticism started when we planted our dwarf apple tree in our small back garden. Gradually, this became an obsession and to cut a long story short, we bought some land and started our own orchard.

   Make a little shaker of cinnamon sugar (say, 1 tsp cinnamon to 1/2 cup sugar, mix thoroughly) and just sprinkle it on.
   If you want to go an entirely other direction, it’s classic to pair apples with sharp cheddar cheese.

   Boil about a cup of sugar mixed with 1/2 cup of water with about a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of corn syrup. Take it off when it just turns amber (even leaving it on 30 seconds too long will burn it). throw 1/4 cup of heavy cream or 1/2 stick of butter in there and stir vigorously until combined. You’ve now got a delicious caramel sauce. Making it yourself is 10x better than the store bought junk.

   Maybe it is the type of apple you are eating. Have you tried all the different varieties available? They come from soft and sweet to hard and sour. Most cheeses go well with apples.

   there’s caramel Cinnamon ,Ginger, brown sugar, sugar, taffy, Vanilla ,ice cream, Chocolate cant see how peanut butter would taste good but to each his own.

   they also have chocolate dip. i prefer the caramel or yogurt dip.
