So many of the apples here seem not to have much flavor. Maybe it is where they come from or the type of apple. The one green apple tree that grows in my yard has pretty nice apples, but so many apples out there in the market place, just don’t seem to cut it.

Just chop up an apple into a small pot and simmer until mushy. Add cinnamon if you like. Nothing to it. Add a little water if needed.
