Who has a yummy and unusual apple recipe?

I’ve had some apples sitting in the fridge and I’m afraid they’re a little soft…. do you know any good recipes where I can use them, something hopefully on the healthy side? Sweet or savory? Anything besides an apple pie?

I am looking for a dutch apple pie recipe. I used to have a good one from a famliy friend but lost it in a move. It’s crust was a oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter I think?? I am looking for a similar one. Does anyone have one. I have already been to allrecipes.com, epicurious.com, and foodnetwork.com and haven`t found what I am looking for.
