We have one Gala and one Yellow Delicious, but aren’t sure where to plant them or how far apart or what type of soil, etc. Can anyone help us? We want them to produce great apples. We’re in Virginia and live in a very wet area where moss tends to grow. Thanks!

If you mean if the apple is rotten, then yes. In nature the apple has to rot before the seeds are released to sprout.
