I am going on the Gut Flush Plan to rid my body of parasites and it requires you to soak your vegetables for 30 min in water with a teaspoon of clorox. I don’t like the thought of clorox touching my food and I read online that you can use apple cider vinegar. The question is how much do I use, and do I soak it in a bath? For how long? Do I dilute the veg bath with water and how much water?

Good for you! I juice about 2 quarts of veggies and fruits daily and feel FABULOUS! Yes you should definitely wash your fruit and veggies first. I use both white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Here is some info on the procedure;

I would think vinegar in any form would serve your purpose. Sprinkle on a little before eating.
