My friend is salivating for some caramel apple fudge candy. She has bought it in Seattle, but since we don’t live there and it is quite the drive, I thought it would be a nice surprise to make her some. The problem is, I can’t seem to find a recipe for it. She says that it is a fudge base with little tiny bits of apple in it and a caramel swirl maybe. She does know that when she has bought it, it was called caramel apple fudge. So before I go to the experimenting phase of this operation, I thought the great people on yahoo answers could solve this puzzle for me and give me a recipe to go by. Thanks in advance!
