I have heard that acai berries have more goodness in them than apples? That the anti oxidants in acai berry are more potent? Does anybody here use acai berry and is this true? Thanks for your help

I’ve heard this about acai berry also. I take acai berry supplements which are good, but I’m not sure they are better than apples. Have you done the acai berry diet at all? I’ve done the apple diet and the acai berry diet and all I can say is just eat both!
